“A microcosm of America is seen through the eyes of a young, recently orphaned, Hispanic boy who is forced to
choose between action or silence when pitted face to face with the tensions and racial inequalities
perpetuated by a bereaved teacher at his new home.”
The film was shot on Super 16mm and a special scene was done on pro 8mm (a funky format where you cut and load 16mm film into Super 8 cartridges). It then went through a 2K Digital intermediate for color grading and some minor but cool special effects.
The film runs 34min, then there will probably be a Q&A after, followed by a mingling hour with FREE WINE (Ages 21+). THIS WILL ALSO BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR NETWORKING!
Try to arrive 10 to 15 min early and if you could PLEASE CONFIRM IF YOU ARE COMING-IT MAKES THE WINE BUYING EASIER, ALTHOUGH YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO COME THE NIGHT OF THE SHOWING!
